Promotion Name: Resto my Ride – Win a Resto
Introduction
Resto Group International Pty Ltd (ABN 27 647 558 923 ) (hereinafter referred to as ‘Resto my Ride’ or ‘We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’) is conducting a Trade Promotion by way of random prize draw (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as the ‘Giveaway’ ) for Individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Subscribers’ or ‘Participants’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’).

Our General Terms & Conditions apply to these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions and definitions used in the General Terms & Conditions also apply to these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the Resto my Ride – Win a Resto (“Giveaway”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Information on how to redeem this offer forms a part of the offer. Subscription and payment are deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Period
The Promotion will commence on the 1st of April 2024 at 12:01am and will conclude on the 31st of October at 11:59pm AEST (‘Promotion Period’).
No entries will be accepted outside this time.
Prize Details
There will be One (1) Major Prize Winner drawn from all entries received (Online).
The Major Prize Winner will win one (1) of the following Major Prizes (“Major Prize”) as chosen by them:
- Your own Ride restored by Resto my Ride Australia with up $150,000 of Restoration Costs
Eligibility to Enter
Entry is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 years and above, who enter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. However, employees, current and past clients and the immediate families of Resto Group International (the “Promoter”) and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize are not eligible to enter the Competition.
Entrants must be residing in Australia at the time of entry, or their entry may be deemed invalid.
Entry is subject to all state laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
In certain jurisdictions, state laws may restrict or prohibit the award or delivery of certain prizes within that state. It is an entrant’s responsibility to ensure that you are eligible under all applicable laws to accept the prize should you win the Resto my Ride – Win a Resto Giveaway.
How to Receive Entries into the Prize Draw.
To be entered into the draw individuals must, during the Competition Period, Subscribe to Resto my Ride via Resto my Ride official promotional links.
Subscribers are automatically entered into the draw when they Subscribe by providing us with a valid email address and contact details via the official pages on our website.
Each eligible ‘Subscriber’ receives one ( 1 ) entry into the promotion.
During the promotional period, Subscribers will have the opportunity to upgrade their subscription by purchasing varying subscription tiers which upon purchase automatically gives Subscribers more entries into the draw.
The amount of entries into the draw that Subscribers will receive are based on the level of Subscription tier purchased.
Details of the different subscription packages and tiers

Mini Superfans, Turbo Superfans and Supercharged Superfans will have an opportunity to receive further entries by purchasing participating products as marked on our official online store at shop.restomyride.com/subscribe-to-the-ride
The number of entries into the draw that Subscribers will receive when purchasing participating products are based on the level of Subscription tier purchased.
All purchases made by Subscribers on the Resto my Ride website are subject to additional Policies and Terms as posted on our website.
The number of entries that a subscriber has can be accessed by the subscribers account at shop.restomyride.com/my-account/
To be eligible to receive the offer, participants will be required to provide their name, address, postcode, telephone number, and email address upon purchasing participating products, including Mini Superfan, Turbo Superfan and Supercharged Superfan Subscription tiers.
All purchases of Subscriptions are final and are non-refundable.
By becoming a Subscriber, you agree that you have read these Prize Draw Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Entry Terms
Entries must be received by Thursday, 31st October 2024 at 23:59 AEST to be included in the prize draw. Each valid entry received over the duration of the Promotion Period will be entered into the prize draw.
The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Resto my Ride database. Resto my Ride accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
The entrants must follow the methods of entry during the Promotion period to receive entries into the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry.
Entry multipliers may be introduced at any time at random during the promotional period.
Subscribers may receive unlimited entries during the promotional period as long as the entries are received in line with these Terms and Conditions.
Resto my Ride accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the us for any reason.
Resto my RIde is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
Resto my Ride reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at Resto my Rides discretion. Failure by Resto my Ride to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Entries into the prize draw are provided strictly to Subscribers and can not be purchased and will not be sold separately.
Prize details
There will be One (1) Major Prize Winner drawn from all entries received (Online) during the promotion period. The Major Prize Winner will win the Major Prize (“Major Prize”)
- One (1) x Major Prize – RESTO MY RIDE RESTO with a TOTAL PRIZE VALUE OF UP TO $150,000 AUD
The total prize pool is valued at up to $150,000.00 (including GST).
A random prize draw by digital draw will take place on Monday, 4th of November 2024 at 15:00 AEST, in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
The Major Prize Winner will be announced on our website on Monday, 4th November 2024 by 23.59 AEST.
The Major Prize Winner will be notified by a phone call within two (2) days of the draw and in writing and the Major Prize Winner`s details will be published on the Resto my Ride website at www.restomyride.com from Wednesday 6th November 2024.
If the prize is unclaimed after a 3-month period of the initial draw, the prize will then be redrawn, and a new winner announced on the 30th of January, 2024 and published on our website.
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place by Digital Draw in the presence of an independent scrutineer at a location to be announced 7 days prior to the unclaimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified of their prize by phone, in writing and winner’s details will be published on the Resto my Ride website at www.restomyride.com
The Major Prize Winner will receive a Resto my Ride Restoration which includes restoration services and products associated and required for the restoration up to the total value of $150,000 (including GST)
The Restoration will be provided by Resto my Ride.
The Major Prize winner agrees that the full extent of the restoration will be entirely at the discretion of Resto my Ride.
Resto my Ride will consider all requests for the restoration from the Major Prize Winner but the restoration will ultimately be determined by Resto my Ride.
The vehicle to be restored must be supplied to Resto my Ride by the Major Prize Winner.
The Restoration is for one vehicle only.
The Major Prize winner must nominate a vehicle for the restoration within 90 days of receiving notification of winning the Major Prize.
If the Major Prize Winner does not nominate a vehicle within 90 days – the entire Major Prize is forfeited.
The Major Prize winner must provide proof of ownership of the nominated vehicle for restoration.
In the case of the Major Prize Winner not owning the nominated vehicle, a release from the owner of the nominated vehicle will be required.
The car cannot be a statutory right off and must be in original condition as manufactured.
This Prize is redeemable for products and services required for the restoration for up to a maximum of $150,000 AUD ( GST Inclusive )
The Labour Hourly Rates of the Sponsor is valued at $150.00 per hour (including GST) and all other prices and costs will be at the retail price at the time of purchasing.
Resto my Ride reserves the right to use its preferred products and suppliers only for the restoration.
Resto my Ride maintains the right to restore the vehicle under their business Terms and Conditions that can be found on the Resto my Ride website.
The Sponsor reserves the right to outsource components of the restoration at its discretion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to perform the restoration as it sees fit, including the use of materials used in the restoration, repair and restoration methods, products, suppliers (including engineering compliance costs) and any outsourced projects.
The restoration will be undertaken with skill and due care.
Any unused amount not used in the restoration of the nominated vehicle is forfeited.
None of the Major Prize is redeemable for cash.
Any unused amount is not redeemable for cash.
The time taken to perform the restoration is determined by the restoration itself and Resto my Ride makes no guarantees as to timelines it will take for the project to take place.
Resto my Ride has the right to refuse to restore any nominated vehicle if Resto my Ride feels entirely in its discretion that the car cannot be restored for safe use. If in the event that the Sponsor cannot perform the restoration on the nominated vehicle, the prize will be forfeited.
The Major Prize Winner agrees that the restoration of the vehicle will be filmed for promotional purposes and grants Resto my Ride the right to record the restoration in photographs and on film and/or video tape and to reproduce, adapt and edit the recording as we see fit. You give us the right to exploit the Recording and images in whole or in part in all media throughout the world and in perpetuity including for the purposes of publicity, advertising, sales and promotion and ancillary rights and uses.
The Major Prize winner agrees to sign a media release.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the change in the Major Prize specification or value between now and the ultimate redemption date. The Major Prize is based on the restoration costs of the Prize at the time of Restoration.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Major Prize is not included. These are the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner.
The Major Prize is non-transferrable.
No cash alternative is available for the Major Prize.
The Major Prize must be taken as offered. Any unused portion of the Major Prize, or portion of the Major Prize, the Winner is not entitled to, and is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash.
The Major Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Major Prize value is in Australian dollars (AUD) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Major Prize values.
The Major Prize Winner is advised that tax implications may arise from winning the Major Prize, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the Major Prize.
In acceptance of the Major Prize, the Major Prize Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the Major Prize which are the entire responsibility of the Major Prize Winner.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for fuel, comprehensive insurance, health, transport, body, paint or mechanical damage, or any other costs or damages, from the date of Major Prize delivery or acceptance. Additional options/accessories and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the condition of the Major Prize once accepted by the Major Prize Winner.
Any costs associated with transporting the Major Prize – including the nominated vehicle for restoration to and from the Promoters workshop is the sole responsibility of the Major Prize Winner and both the Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for these costs.
Pickup and Delivery can usually be arranged through an affiliated business if requested.
The winner acknowledges that Resto my Ride will not be responsible for any costs associated with making the vehicle compliant with any other state laws outside of Victoria, Australia.
The Major Prize winner acknowledges that Resto my Ride will not be responsible for any costs associated with any costs of maintenance, operation or any other costs that are not expressly stated in these terms.
The Major Prize Winner is solely responsible for paying any duties, taxes, registration fees, fuel, parts, servicing, and operating costs associated with the vehicle.
Resto my Rides decision is final, and will not enter into correspondence regarding the Giveaway result.
Personal information about the Major Prize Winner will be shared with Resto my Ride agents, to the extent necessary for the Major Prize to be delivered to the Major Prize Winner.
The Major Prize will be awarded to the person named in their contestant entry. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify Resto my Ride. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Resto my Ride – info@restomyride.com
It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that the Major Prize Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by Resto my Ride in its absolute discretion.
Should the Major Prize Winner not meet any of the criteria stated in these terms and conditions to be a valid winner they will forfeit all rights to the Major Prize, and a re-draw will take place to reallocate the Major Prize to a valid winner.
By accepting the Major Prize, the Major Prize Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media requests relating to the Major Prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of accepting the Major Prize.
This includes the filming of the restoration for the exclusive rights of the promoter. If you are not willing for this to occur, you cannot participate in the Competition.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Resto my Ride, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Resto my Ride reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any applicable legislation.
If an entry is selected as a winning entry, validation of your circumstances and the validity of your entry will be undertaken by the Promoter. Method of validation (without limitation) will be determined by the Promoter at its complete discretion.
If the winning entry is deemed to be a Major Prize Winner, they will be notified in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event that the Promoter requests the entrant to sign any legal documents, the legal documents will take the form determined by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that the Major Prize Winner signs any such legal documentation.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and Sponsors (including their respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion and: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference: (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Resto my Ride, Resto my Ride reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate, subject to government legislation.
Resto my Ride and its agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries become the property of Resto my Ride
You consent to Resto my Ride collecting your personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying the Major Prize Winner and the Major Prize fulfilment). Your personal information may be disclosed to a third party as a result of entering this Competition, including but not limited to the Sponsor and any affiliates.
Resto my Ride is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Competition, you (the entrant) are taken to consent to Resto my Ride’s privacy policy which contains information, amongst other things, about how you may access personal information that is held by us.
In consideration for Resto my Ride awarding the prize to the winner of the Competition (“Major Prize Winner”), the winner hereby permits their image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed, or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize to appear in connection with Resto my Ride or the advertising and/or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever through the world and the Major Prize Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
